sometimes we dream about our past lovers because there is something that we learned from them that we need to apply to our current situation. another possiblity is that he was a "security" blanket to you, and you are remembering that as you enter into what is an uncertain time in your life. pregnancy is a rush of hormones, and can lead to some funky dreams.
(i dreamnt i gave birth to a cryogenically frozen lobster, who talked and tried to bite me.)
