I have such friends. We know each others from last 8 years. I really want them to improve and get stable. They have shown improvement but not that much. It is very difficult to change a person's behavior. And it becomes even more difficult if they just listen and don't feel the value of thought.

..that you may ask the question why are you choosing as friends people who aren't yet interested in health and happiness...and DOing something to truly serve that.
and then change friends until you find people who can be real ones.

They make their choices. For you they're the wrong choices. Probably for them, too. However, some people take a long time to learn and others never learn. I stand by my statement. They're human.

Next time tell them to do what you think is 'wrong.' Use reverse psychology maybe it will work.
