Lots and lots o sex will take care of any stress u have . And also smoke a fat one .

Its list time. Divide your reasons for stressing. (Work related or not) Into "Things I can do something about" and "Things I can't do anything about". Then start working on the list you CAN do something about. The very act of doing something will lower your stress. And along the way you might find a situation in which you can take control of something. (Accepting a transfer or new job can bring something into your control)<br />
The very act of seeking to understand the individual issues can help.
