I have gallstones?

Does anyone hve any advice on how to deal with gallstones? I am on a waiting list to have my gall bladder removed but am wondering if there is any other way to dissolve them? My doctor has no suggestions. I have constant nausea, pain in tummy and back. I try to eat healthy and exercise but some days are tough.

I had mine out 4 weeks ago and its the best thing ever. I know that awful hung over feeling, without having had a drop of alcohol and not being able to go to sleep on my back. I can now though.
You can't flush them out unless they're so tiny and if that were the case then you wouldn't have symptoms. I told my surgeon that I saw a naturopath about flushing them and he said that would be the most stupid thing to do because its when the stones being squeezed out that causes the attacks.
All I can suggest is to drink loads of water. That's the only thing I could do to prevent feeling worse and seemed to make me less susceptible to triggering an attack.

try the apple flush eat only apples for three days. on day three drink a cup of 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 lemon juice. The pectin in the apples softens the stones, the olive oil and lemon juice causes them to be expelled.

I had gall stones also, I did a gall bladder flush, I feel great now, If you can try that first, please do, you can have surgery any time. I know what the pain feels like, like you`re guts are in a vice.
