    Oh that....yes I've had that lots it comes and goes, but since treatment it's mostly gone....not an emergency, but do see your doctor, it's most likely an upper back-neck pinched nerve. Chiropractor or physical therapy are the usual treatments for it.

    Yes. It sounds like you have some health problem that is causing you to have poor blood circulation - hence, the 'pins and needles.'

    no,your mattress is too hard.buy a double thick egg crate thing for your bed.the pressure points is your shoulder.it can start at any age.will clear up over night/a dr. will do a mri and say don't see a thing.
