knownow	Posted Apr 24th, 2009 at 11:01AM Close your windows, keep your pillows and sheets covered during day to avoid pollen deposits. Wash yourself before going to bed to remove any pollen accumulations from the outdoors. If your objection to taking medication is just the side effect of drowsiness try generic version of claritin. It doesn't usually cause drowsiness. I read last week in the NY Times science section that cleaning out nasal cavities does work in reducing pollen deposits and therefore hay fever symptons that may result from exposure. unicorn59	Posted Apr 27th, 2009 at 1:52PM Buy a NetiPot....it's a little pot, all natural....you fill it up, add the packet of stuff that comes with it, then lean over a sink and let it run in one nostril and out the other...Do it once a day, and you'll be amazed at how clear you'll be breathing. (sold at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens) Rated: +1Vote for this!
