Yes just understand that weight can really throw you off. I use tape measures generally. Large bone structure on a woman is usually followed by more muscle mass and naturally more body fat than men from curves and cleavage. My ideal weight is 160 at 5' 8.5" and would put me near a size six. I would look skeletal in a size six and my tatas would deflate so then I would want a boob job. I got over my insecurities in my late twenties, but I did have a critical family and husband who made me feel like a cow for most of my youth, but I'm happy with myself now. Could use some more exercise to tone but I realized my body type was still developing around 25 and I'm much more confident as a woman than I ever was in my teens and twenties. You have to find ways to pamper yourself like a queen when you are down on yourself. You deserve it.

'heavy boned' as in wide frame and more muscles? Then you're screwed. No matter if you're really fat or not you just won't fit in a perfect image our society demands.
