Lucifer was cast out of heaven before Adam was created. Or at least, before the Original Sin.

God created angels too and many references of angels compared to stars i truly believe without a doubt that the creation of the stars is twofold with the angels being created and that was in the fourth day, that is why God calls his angels to rejoice with him in creation but as Spiritofhterabbit says in Luke 10 God declares I saw satan fall from grace/heaven
in Gods time it was 6 to 7 thousand years later from the time of creation 2 to 3 thousand years later of his creation
In our time perspective satan fell 6 to 7 days ( I lean toward 7 for God said everything is good after creation of everything) 2 to 3 days after God created him ( once again I lean toward 3rd day). In Isaiah 14 and then Ezekiel 28 explains the reason for the falling
remember satan did not fall it was lucipher the fell which in turn transforms him to satan.

After, I believe.
Jesus talks about seeing Satan fall from Heaven in the book of Luke, and it is mentioned again in Revelation.

A social site is not the best place to get your answer because you cannot use it as a reliable reference source.
Go back to Genesis itself, and keep rereading until you find your answer.
If you wish to research even further, in archaeology and the very first original OT sc<x>ripts in Aramaic, you will discover that Satan was not written into the Bible until the time of King David. He was adopted on the model of Ahriman from the Zoroastrians, to explain the problem of evil, and then retrospectively Genesis was rewritten to include Satan as the "cause" of Eve's and Adam's Fall. The more research you do, the more evidence you will find... but you must get the sources of information in order to authenticate it... proof is in the origins of the the documentation.

I agree,
5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

here's the rest of it

What is Philosophy?
Philosophy;
1. doctrine (teaching): a belief (or system of beliefs), accepted as authoritative by some group or school
2. the rational investigation of questions about existence and knowledge and ethics
3. any personal belief about how to live or how to deal with a situation; "self-indulgence was his only philosophy"; "my father's philosophy of child-rearing was to let mother do it"

Read Revelations thoroughly and you'll find the devil, Beast, Lucifer or whoever is dead. John, who wrote Revelations years after the fictional Jesus was gone, wrote this line which tells you all you need to know :

"The number of the Beast if the number of a MAN and that MAN'S number is 666".

He's telling you there never was a Beast/devil etc. It was a man, most commonly interpreted as NERO. But it matters not does it? Being a man he is long dead. No Lucifer, no Genesis, no God, No Bible, no more delusion. Get used to it.

The Bible was compiled in about 300 AD by yet another Roman Emperor, Constasntine. He got his "scholars" to gather bits from every splinter group and weave it into a believable story, for 2000 year old minds. And that's what they did. They took a little of sect A so they felt part of it, a litlle of sect B so they were included and so on. He then appointed himself hed of the Christian Church, to become the Catholic Church.

Try reading some facts instead of writing more delusions for morons to follow.

If you can read the Bible, spot the obvious giveaways it is fiction in the first 3 pages of Genesis. The first line is one such. Figure it out.

Not 100% sure, but I don't think Satan, better know as "the serpent" back then, was tossed out in the Bible. Yahweh punished the serpent for the forbidden fruit incident by taking away his arms and legs and cursing him to crawl on his belly on the ground forever. So, I'd say after. If you're doing a Bible Project maybe you should read it for yourself?
