    Wow, that's fantastic!!!!! You should buy some clothes that accentuate your figure and then celebrate by walking through the downtown area and watching all guy's eyes pop out of their heads as you pass by....

    Get the exercise bike in the sauna and get pumping, you'll loose pounds within the hour

    oh wow that's a really good idea..i wonder how i would go about that tho, having owned neither....i think the gym would probably frown upon me carting one of their bikes in with me....

    Ask if you can do it, a non electric one obviously. If not if you get in the sauna alone, try doing some shadow boxing, or jogging on the spot, high knee's, you'll shed the pounds. Breathing though is very difficult so just take it easy if you do it first time
