No one is too old to learn and no one is too old to go to school. In fact, people are usually better students as they age; I know, becasue I am an adultr ed instructor. But if you are considering taking academic classes, consider the option most colleges have of auditing instead of taking the class for credit. Unless you plan to get another degree, auditing is much easier and more fun.

If you can afford to do it, and it is really what you want go for it.

How often does this happen? So far everyone's in agreement...you're never too old to go back to school! I agree with Brainyblonde, audit if at all possible, it's less expensive too and whoa has tuition ever went up since I was in college! When I was going for my BFA a single credit hour was $28! The really awesome thing about going back now is you'll be considered a "non-traditional" student (I just like the sound of that), you'll make a bunch of new friends and feel years younger too. I hope you do it, have fun!

You are never to old to learn. The day we say we are old and forget learning, is the day we are fools.
Go for it!

You're never too old! I have older women in my classes at uni and they don't think so either—if you feel comfortable enough to do it, then do it!

No... I am your age and have a good career but started back to school last year myself because I want to change to something different. There's lots of people there my age and even older. (lots older!)
