I have this weird turrets type situation where I start mildly shaking somewhere but nothing crazy. What should I do?

It's usually in my legs and makes me have to lean on something or my hands. When this does happen I'm usually alone and no one thinks I'm telling the truth or they don't think I'm serious.

restless leg syndrome? whatever it might be, uncontrolled tics, tremors, or spasms need to be checked by a doctor.

Were you diagnosed with Tourrette's? There are plenty of neurological problems that can cause that.

Not sure what that is but I'll look it up. I'm 13. Is there still a chance I could have it?

Less of a chance that it would present itself so early but it is possible. Don't jump to conclusions tho. I'm not a doctor. Do you drink a lit if caffeine? Could just be jittery. Does it happen mainly when you play exciting video games? These things matter but you should have it checked. Most things are more curable/treatable if caught early
