Wear a nice suit. It shows respect for the Court. My first career was as a lawyer, and that really counts. AP

**** all , carry out a naked protest with "its a bum wrap" "im innocent me lod" written on your chest and arse . As an innocent man you have nothing to fear from the law . There again if you are guilty i would suggest a smart suit , shirt and tie . The shirt is important , i see that some of of fellow EPers have put forward just a suit and tie . This would look silly and the judge would think you were taking the **** and throw the book at you . Dont fart or scratch you doughnut either . Good luck

Something sexy.

They sure don't seem to care about someone wearing a prison outfit in front of them, do they? I've seen people go through all kinds of ridiculous extents to play dress up and it really doesn't matter as much as the one almighty criteria of the justice system which every single day decides the fate of thousands:

Chemistry. Either they like you or they don't. If you absolutely must ***** yourself out for the court, at least be sexy when you do it.

A suit or casual but smart! People do judge by appearance (pun intended)! Don't mumble either, speak up! Look people in the eye but don't stare lol!

I've just asked my son who has some experience of this kind of thing lol...he agrees with me :o)

If you area male be clean shaven. Use pastel colors, nothing bright, flashy or with a pattern and watch that tie!
Female, wear good bra, no low cut anything.
Dress and act like a high priced lawyer or CEO.
Avoid raising your voice.

Best advise: Watch To Kill a Mockingbird and emulate Gregory Pecks compassionate, confident and professional persona.
