Mash a couple of ripe avocados and add
* Chopped tomatoes
* ! small onion
*1 (or 2) chopped chiles ( I remove the seeds )
*A pinch of fresh coriander
* Sal, Pepper and a pinch of sugar
Add the juice of one lemon to keep it from getting dark, and add the sugar last to correct acidity.

Serve it with chips ( Tortilla , yuca or plantain chips ) and enjoy !

Avo's, fresh lime juice, and salt-n-pepper.

Mine is exceedingly simple... mash the avocados and add salt, pepper, and lime juice. Unfortunately I don't know how much of each, as I do it by sight and taste.

Sometimes I add diced onions and tomatoes. But it is good plain.

Fresh lime juice, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, tomatoes, diced red onion (if desired) and salt and pepper to taste.

With avocado, the simpler the better.
