    Water, turkey sandwich, and a piece of fruit. Protein for energy, water to keep you hydrated and focused, and natural sugar to give you a quick jolt of energy.

    Honey poured in milk / or fish to make u feel light + dat if u r into it .. ( brings sugar fast to the brain )
    chew a gum while doing the exams ( test proved those who chew gum stimulate the brain)
    in the break u sleep ..
