Yep, goes straight to your head on an empty stomach, nothing to absorb it or slow it down.

Cocktail and Vodka, both known as bad for stomach with an empty one as canmake holes and can always do make you know the next day that you should have ate something before getting started with these drinks :), as will lose both your mind and your eyes at first time when look at mirrors and se you jump from joy then slap your face for drinking taht much lol :P.

    Yes,
Alcohol, by its chemical structure, is easily absorbed in the digestive system. On an empty stomach, it gets right into your intestines, and in your bloodstream right away. It is better to eat something before, or with the cocktail. The alcohol gets absorbed by the food, and gets slower in your digestive system.
Don't eat too salty things though, that is what causes hangovers.
    Have fun.

Yes a drink will hit you harder on empty stomach. Drink a full glass of water before you go out. Also, take an asparin when you get out, it clears the mind frrom spinning.

yes it does... I ended up paralytic, throwing up everywhere then passed out on the hard concrete then my friends had to call an ambulance. I will never drink on an empty stomach again I was so stupid.

don't get too cosy with alcoholic beverages... too much of it and its like literally poison in your body. I learnt the hard way... but you don't have to.
