I have but also worn pantyhose. I find the pantyhose warmer than mens longjohns. I grew up in Thunderbay Ont.

I used to do it often. I don't anymore. I no longer have the legs for it. Besides, it doesn't get that cold where I now live. You're right. It does get cold. However, the breeze feels nice. Brisk.
