I don't think you blew anything. You still gained some fitness from it, or worked your muscles, or maintained your fitness. :)

No even if you are a bit overweigth, studies seems to show that exercise is still very beneficial.
you continue to burn carbs after you've done a work out from what ive heard. but if u want to run again go for it :)
