I have those every now and then... My last one was horrible... The guy I was seeing was in it and got a very clear thought of what I needed to do... Meaning ending things with him and since I did that the bad dreams stopped. Hopefully the same will work for you. Just remember dreams are your subconscious speaking to you, you'll learn alot just by knowing that.

I confirm that dreams ARE messages for you... but they are generally symbolic, as your inner guidance speaks to you in pictures / symbols, not usually in words. You have to interpret the dream correctly to get what was meant.
Of course, you don't give any detail of your dream, so you need someone very intuitive indeed to tell you with any accuracy what they meant. But keep asking the Universe to show you another dream to make it clearer, or a different mode of giving it to you, or ask to see something or meet someone who can throw light on it for you. Ask! The Universe wants you to know something! Seek until you find it!

Try your best to forget about it and remember its only a dream I have nightmares bothering me from a riding accident I was in last week.
