I'll answer your question with an honest answer but I also have some advice that I hope you won't be offended by or just ignore.

If he feels the same way about you, as Jerrica said, you will know. He will do things for you that you don't expect him to. He will go out of his way for you.

Now the part I warned you about. I'm not going to say you are too young to feel this way - all of us have felt this way before - it's normal. If it feels right to you, then persue it. What I advise is this: don't rush. If he's the one, he will be the one tomorrow, the next day, next month, next year, after graduation, after college, when you are 20...30...50...forever. If he's the one. So, give it time and wait and see.

And remember, every relationship goes through that initial "Honeymoon" phase where everything is perfect and you would (and do) change who you are to make yourself more appealing to the other person - it's normal. It's called Limerence (look it up).

Does that change how you feel? No, probably not. you feel what you feel and no one can tell you differently (I know that all too well trust me).

Only time will tell if he truly is "The One".
