Can my grandma kick me out because I spanked my cousin?

I told him not to go down the street. He did. I picked him up and spanked him when we go into the house. If I didn't he could of gotten into a fight with the kids who have like ten brothers and sister or got hit by a car and it would have been my fault because I let him down the street. He's been in and out of my mom and grandma's house all day. My step-dad was sick of it. Now she is saying she is going to put all my shit out.

That was earlier and now another thing happened. She said she is going to call the non-emergency number in our area. If I can I am going to end up in shelter. I live with my grandma because I cannot stand my mom or my aunt.

You are unable to get along with mother, your aunt, your 7 year old cousin or your grandmother? Either they are all insane or you might be the common denominator here. You mentioned in your previous question that you do not have the funds to live on your own. So right now might be the moment where you do suck it up and kiss your grandmother's butt so you can remain under her roof. You need to NOT be the person who disciplines the bratty cousin...that should be his parents or your grandmother. You are legally an adult, so it's either supporting yourself like an adult or acting like an adult so you can remain in rent free housing. Or you can go spend a night in a homeless shelter, then you'll see how good you really have it.
