Yes I've managed to hold on to one or two grudges over the years. But as i get older I tend to find ways to settle them and move on. :)

i've live my life by a few rules. (One of then is:You take the good with the bad, but you weigh them both on the same scale). sometimes one wrong does'nt out weigh alot of rights.

That's why you weigh them on the same scale. Without knowing it most people use the scale to find the best answer to most any problem..But if you use emotion then youre the one that needs help.

Someone once shared with me, "hardship will either make you bitter, or better". Since that time, anything that smacks of "bitter" in my life is dealt with seriously. If I have to humble myself to take care of a matter, it's done! I'm obviously going for the better in life. Anyone can be a jerk (or a hypocrite, etc.) but I don't have to be one!! That's not to say forgiving is easy and you may just have to give it time. No grudges though, never!

yeah I do... I actually just got in a fight with my best friend like 2 days before new years and we are still not talking.. we hung out on new years eve with a couple of mutual friends and she tried to just talk to me like nothing happened but I couldn't just forgive her and forget about it .... I hate holding grudges but I can't help it .. i'm a scorpio lol

yea i hate holding grudges too...i easily forgive and forget but there are certain people that you just cannot deal with y'know

I find forgiving is much easier then to hold a grudge. It takes less energy. But it took me 48 years to learn how to forgive.

yes, especially the guy in my apartment building that told my neighbor to overdose cause she was in a lot of pain from diabetes nerve pain and she ended up dying, i cant help but hate him for that, she was my friend and i feel like he killed her
