Do not drink peppermint tea if you have heartburn. It will actually make it worse, contrary to what some people may tell you. if you mean peppermint leaves boiled in water, i don't think that i may affect heartburn, while peppermint gums that are in supermarket can make you feel worse about heartburn.
for hurtburn, drink carrot juice, goat milk, grapefruit peel tea, or eat some figs, banana, raw nuts like pines or walnuts, or even low fat cheese! All are good! Avoid acidic foods and drinks also spices!
