Before choosing something too unique do a goggle search on some of the studies about children that grow up with "unique names' and also about employabilty. I've heard more than a few times that as employers search through job applications they will automatically ignore the applicant with the "unique names" in favor of applicants with the more traditional names.

If you are writing a novel, and want to bestow the name on a character, then go for it. It encompasses the wonder of the unknown and the progression of our lives, while at the same time has simple, honest meaning and a very human quality to it.
If you are expecting a real person to carry the name for the rest of their lives, then consider that first impressions form 80% of our final opinion of someone, and the first impression Journey is going to give is of someone who is bored of spelling his or her first name over and over again. Then there'll also be that painful day when they have to say to you 'Mum, I'm changing my name to Mary Beth'.
