I live in nys,own/a shareholder in a Coop, am 58,& I cant work and get SSD!?

Can i be forced to sell in chp7? Im disabled and got no where to go if i lost my apt.

boarderline	Posted Feb 16th, 2009 at 9:58AM I don't know about NY, but they can't force you to sell your home in IL. I don't see them putting you out on the streets. Call your Social Security office and ask them. They have given me lots of answers and help. Good luck! Rated: +1Vote for this!
