Only you and your therapist can really answer this question, together. Remember, it's not an instant switch, one day boy, next day girl. It's a process and takes a loooong time. And it's freakin permanent once you go the full 10 yards. So, be absolutely sure. But if it's truly what you want and/or need, go for it.

You just do what you feel, Oh errrrrr one tip on shoes, don't wear to high high heels, because your feet will hurt and be in pain. Anyway, if you feel, that you don't want to be a boy but you want to be a girl, then go for it i say, there's no problem with that, you should just be confident with yourself, and take responsibility for yourself. Most people that do this really are not happy but if you are a good looking guy you might be able to pull it off.
I would say that your hands are too big and that would give it away even if you looked like a female.
Hey it is your life. I know it appeals to be something we are not. For some people it becomes an obsession and they do change their sex.
