I need help me and my childrens father were never married he left when I was pregnant the 2nd time?

you can run a personal in the news paper you think he reads (our where he lives ) for two weeks. that should solve any legal uproar.
Personally I would be ready to leave the day the personal stops running.

If he does not have an order for custody arranged by the courts he cannot stop you....but when he finds out where you are he can sue you for custody if he wants to. Although with his history it seems you could prove he isnt a very desireable character for Fatherhood. I would go and take them wherever you need to be and let him know when you can:-) Good Luck to you!!

You could do what Hurtingman2 suggested -- go to legal aid. You could get court-ordered support and precisely stated rules as to when and where he could have visitation rights to the kids.

To be perfectly frank, he sounds like a worthless loser who will never be able to support any of his kids and will never amount to anything and probably won't care about not having easy access to visit the kids as long as he can avoid having to pay support.

So, you could probably move to absolutely anywhere that you wanted where you thought living would be better for you and your kids. However, in the future -- for your sake and for you kids' sake -- try to avoid hooking up with jerks like this one. Look for clean, decent, hard-working guys who will treat you and your kids with respect and love.

If there's no legal custody agreement you can take your kids wherever you want without his permission. I'd suggest getting legal custody ASAP because the same holds true for him.

UNLESS HE'S LEGITIMIZED THEM OR THERE'S A CUSTODY/VISITATION AGREEMENT IN PLACE THEN YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT. I SHARED A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AND I CUT THE DUDE OFF... EITHER THEY ARE ABLE TO SLEEP WITH YOU OR THEY DON'T WANT THE KIDS AT ALL... YOU DON'T NEED HIM... TAKE HIS *** TO COURT AND GET CHILD SUPPORT. AS LONG AS THEY GOT A MOTHER WHO LOVES THEM AND PUTS THEM FIRST THEN THEY'LL BE OK... GO BACK TO MICHIGAN SO THEY CAN BE AROUND FOLKS WHO REALLY LOVE THEM. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Pi$$ on him, move, go, let him figure it out. As soon as you get there file for child support. He will know where they are then. He sounds like a selfish self centered bag of crap. Put making an effort on his sholders.

Phone the local Sheriff office and inquired , Their quite helpful .

take him to court and get everything sorted out visitations and stuff like that .... then he can just pop in and out

This happened to a family member of mine...they had 2 kids....never married....he was on their birth certificates....(although he was not a dead beat, he actually wanted his kids), but the mother of the kids up and left...moved herself and the 2 kids 2 states away....

He got an attorney, and took her to court....but, because she is the mother, and they weren't married, she was able to move them there...they did come to an agreement, but he had to move to the new state in order to have the kids part of the time.
