if you're a the thin body type? & you're a teen!! thats a bad mix! your body is on a super high burning speed. means you are burning just by sitting 9 times faster then the average joe. If Don't live in North america, it might be better for you. because you trying to eat to gain weight at your age. Could cost you at least 500$ wroth of foods. Either way here are some pointers. 1) eat every 15 minutes. Make your meals big & dont sit there taking your time to eat (because I know thats what skinny ppl do) dont eat like a cow but eat fast!! you got 15 minutes from the 1st bite til when your brain says *K STOP IM FULL* which will make it harder for you to eat after that. #2) Human body burning system slows down after 8pm so means your window to gain that extra LBS is around 8pm til whenever you sleep. dont eat 30 minutes before you sleep might have a hard time falling to sleep. start slow & keep adding to your meals making them bigger & bigger. I know my friends who are skinny eat less then me, & i workout & trying to get ripped!! thats NOT good at all!! Dont wait for your body to tell you when to eat. Eat when you're not hungry will help you to grain.
Have you tried drinking a quart of eggnog a day. That's what the doctor had me give my Mom for this and it worked. Good luck.
