My suggestion is this: go get professional mental health counseling. Even go to an inpatient unit if you have a dual diagnosis. DO IT. NOW! I know what it's like to hurt yourself - I've been a bulimic for 8 years. It sucks, people don't understand, and make fun of you when you're open about your problems, but it can be therapeutic. Please go get some help and start living your life!
