    You'll need a chopping (cutting) board, some sharp knives, a spatula(s), big spoon, slotted spoon, rubber or silicone scrapers, grater for cheeses... etc, serrated knife, kitchen timer, measuring spoons and measuring cup(s), mixing bowls, and a drainer/srainer thingy.

    I like to shop at Target for things like this.
