Whoa! Who's paying the credit card? If you are, then you have every right to talk about it. If she is, then it is her business, and hopefully she has an income that can support her purchases. If she doesn't have enough income, then you may end up paying for her expenses, and a talk is needed.
So, the question back to you is: Is this her account? and does she have enough income to cover her debts?
