Do this, this is what i did. I know exactly how you feel. Go to the attorney general, or who ever handles family issues for cheap/free. Have them petition the court for DNA test. then get him to pay child support, that way you can set up visitation, whether it be at ur home, or at his for weekends whatever the courts say. that way he helps with expenses and THAT WAY he is in the babies life. And you wont have to deal with "relationship" issues. Because there isn't any. Make it about this baby!

i already gave an answer to the first part and I stand by that answer. Now that ur saying u have a child by this man, if it is his, you need to speak with an attorney immediatly. If it's not then u need to do a DNA test and let him know that. If it is then he does have a right to see her and SO DOES UR CHILD. Do not punish that child bynot allowing her to know who her father is. If he's a dirt bag then u can have supervised visitation either way consult a lawyer and seeking a therapist couldn't hurt either. If he isn't the father you need to find out who is. She deserves to know when she is older. If all he is asking for is a picture then stop being a ***** and send him one especially if u know that its his child. maybe he was scared/angry whatever...maybe ur both young. don't carry this on and make it any worse than it has to be.

He can be the father without being a dad. All he has to do with you child is half her genes. If he didnt contact or even try to contact plus called you a liar and wasnt ther for you in what im sure was a really bad time of need, he dosent really deserve a mere picture.

Maybe his parents are pushing him to work it out with you! He is just a teenager after all. Teenage boys are not known for their ability to communicate effectively, think without using their penis(obviously), and accept that they are stuck in a dead end situation with no way out. If he demands a paternity test, get one at his expense and then work out the arrangement for child support. If shouting and arguing takes place, make sure to get the child out of there, even as babies, they are sensitive. Keep the voices low and calm so as not to upset him/her. This will show his parents how well behaved and well-mannered you are. Trust me, you want them to like you as much as possible!

As a guy I say bust his a-s for child support. Be polite but firm to him that he aint welcome around without a court order. I have seen many a guy treat women the way he has treated you. P-ss on him!
