I feel very fat and un-pretty right about now. Especially being that it's been 7 months since my breakup and I just want to feel good about myself again and not fat,sad and under a rock.
I'm about 50+lbs over weight. But looking to lose 40 in 7 weeks to 2 months. Is it possible?
Can one lose weight from doing the treadmill ,swimming and elliptical machine alone?
