Whether your tears fall or they don't....think about why that is and is it do do with your feelings?<br />
Think about what's happing in your life or something bad has happened before but you did not cry and now you remember something and its making you upset.<br />
Eat some chocolate or something sweet or hang out with friends because being with people and chocolate makes anyone happy =)

That happens to a lot of us Lolly. If you need, to cry, just let it happen. I spent way too many years not being able to. Crying is normal and can be very healing.

That's OK and quite normal. It's those dang hormone and brain chemicals again! Put on one of your favorite dance song and have at it singing as loud as the house will let you. Then watch a good comedy. It should shift it some.
