Until you start exercising regularly. 30 mins of sweating in the morning will give you a longer lasting boost plus a bit of a happy endorphine buzz. 1/2 - 1 hour in the evening will leave you tired enough to hit that bed hard enough to do it better tomorrow.
Do robots have endogenous morphine?

Wakgup might be kidding, but I'm totally serious. I don't get a boost of energy during my day without caffeine. I'd have to eat blueberries and acai berries everyday to get the same effect.
