I regret hurting my best friend. She won't have anything to do with me now. How do I deal with this?

Depending on what you did if she is a true friend things will work themselves out just tell her your sorry thats about all you can do the rest is up to her

Apologise and mean it

i would try a really sincere appology, maybe tell her that she still means a lot to you...although if you do remain friends i dont think it will ever feel the same, its hard to go back to the way it used to be once someone gets hurt...

First, if this just happened, you need to give her some time to cool down. She won't hear a thing you have to say if she's still angry. Second, being hurt is different than being mad, and she's more likely to listen to you if she's just hurt (rather than mad and hurt). Third, be completely sincere with her, and do your best to be the caliber of person you were before this happened. You're going to need patience I think, for yourself and for her.

If she really is done and will not have anything to do with you (ever) again, the only thing you really can do is learn from your mistake. It sucks, but that's the truth of it. I hope for your sake that your friend is the forgiving sort. Good luck!
