I simply do not understand nosy people. You know, not just "nosy" but people who become obsessed with you?

Obviously their own life is extremely boring. Perhaps you should suggest that they get their own life and stop dwelling on yours. When they ask you a question, pause and ask them the same question before you answer and wait for them to answer first. Focus the conversation on their life and keep it there. Answer their questions with "Nothing" or "Don't know". What did you do last night? Nothing. What will you do tomorrow? Nothing. What do you think about _____? Don't know. Are you Democrat or Republican? Don't know. Are you conservative or liberal? Don't know. Eventually they will find someone else to dwell on. Have fun!

Define "nosy".

A person who goes beyond being nosy is not really a nosy person. The person is obsessed or has an un natural interest in you.
Being nosy, I think (and by this I mean merely nosy) is not really so terrible, unless you ask rude questions. And I think most of us are curious, by nature, but then if it goes beyond natural curiosity, it gets annoying and even threatening.

I know exactly what you mean I have a neighbor who has become obsessed with another neighbor and has really caused harm in this neighbors life. these kind of people have a deep rooted evil inside of them that can not be understood by normal people. dont try to understand them. stay away from them that is pure evil.......
