I started excercising over two months ago, at first I was gaining weight I though I could just be gaining muscle, but then I couldn't fit into my jeans.
I am not overweight but how can this be???
How can I be lighter skinnier person not excercising and eating anything I want?
And when I make an effort to be more fit I start gaining all this weight.
It's 20 pounds now I've gained. I'm only 22.
