Well losing and gaining large amounts of weight is hard on ur organs so b careful however to gain weight u new to up ur carb intake like potatoes and pasta and breads and basically anything like rice and fried foods and if u really wanna kick it into high gear triple in ur proteins as well like lots of meat so u triple ur starches and carbs and proteins and wash it down with milk and lots of dairy products lol it will all pack those lbs on for ya
