WOW ! Not one person said for you to go to the Doctor! Well I am telling you to do so now, GO TO THE DOCTOR !!! There are so many things that can cause you to be exhausted and you won't know what the cause is unless you see a doctor.
If you are in the USA, you could have something like lymes disease and that could become fatal if not treated. You could have a hormone imbalance, or perhaps mononucleosis, or a whole laundry list of ailments and you must have the Doctor order blood tests to find out.

Not on the spot so to say, But if you want only natural than: Exercise daily it will improve your stamina as-well as improve Endorphin's.

Get. Exhausted.
I did an hour circuit today, and I haven't had this much energy in months... Not to say I wasn't sore as **** for the next 45 minutes, but once it went away, I was alright ^_^
