this all depends what type of meds it is...

I have bi-polar and forgot to take mine. by 12h00 that day (and I usually take my meds by 6h00) I was arguing with everything and anyone (that's one of the symptoms of having bi-polar) so much so that one of my co-workers told me to go home and take the meds ;)

now I keep some extra in my purse just in case I forget to take it.

like I said, depends on the meds.

Depends on what kind of med.....but if you are typing this you must be o.k.......don't stress!

That would depend on the med, for most it doesn't matter, for some it can decrease their effectiveness, for some auto-immune diseases that could be deadly. Read the instructions/information packet that came with them.
