    Probably frustrated, neutering will TOTALLY mellow him out and make him far more lovable, it isn't his fault.

    I know normally I let my cats out but do to the location I live and him having no experience out side he be hit by a car within a day...

    actually he is very lovable cat he just has these moods like dr jeckel and mister hide...
