not with you .
Karma is the twin theory of cause-effect. every action you perform is accounted for , oh also the thoughts in your head. an evil thought of causing harm to a friend- you do it, karma, you dont do it, still karma kicking your ***.the degree varyies though . Also we account for your present life not in the next but in the one after i.e two lifetimes after and the point of karma is NOT punishment. Its ilke a mother that takes you to places you need to learn life's lessons , so karma loves you and carefully picks out curcumstances where you would lear best the particular thing yuu need to
Karma is not good or evil.
Good and evil are shallow Human judgments.
And why would you belive karma is evil?
All it says is you are responsiable for your own actions....Do good in this life...Have a better life next time round.
To update this a lil.
No offence i think your missing the point.
Karma does not condon doing evil and then making up for it with something good.
What karma does try to teach..is not looking at thing as good or evil
As i said before "good and evil" are human judgments.
Karma is more about your immortal soul.
So judgments made in one life time might seem good or bad in that life time
But say 10 or 20 lifetimes later would look very diffrent.
And karma trys to teach living to a higher truth and being enlightend in all your lifetimes.
There is no such thing
Sure it can be.
Do good and recieve good. Do evil and recieve evil.
But Karma is fair.
Karma is fair. If you think it's being evil, then it's your fault.
Only when a karma runs over a dogma.
Karma is not evil, Karma is simply Karma. If you do good, Karma rewards you with good, if you do bad, boo hoo, bad comes back. It's not rocket science. Actually, it's just common sense with a foreign name.
I don't think that Karma is evil, it is another religious belief that has as much merit as the christian belief of 'you reap what you sow.' Karma never rewards a bad deed, you get back bad if you put out bad, put out good and good comes to you.
If you believe karma is evil, then you simply don't understand the concept. It's okay not to understand something. It happens to all of us. But please, in the future, hesitate to proclaim something evil before you know what you're talking about. That's how the Inquisition happened. And George W. Bush.
That's not karma. Karma is just cause and effect. You said something nasty to someone therefore that person hates you, that's karma. You help someone and they like you, that's karma. It's not something to be balanced out; you can't do a good thing to cancel out a bad thing; the universe doesn't keep score.
Your actions create circumstances which create and influence your actions which create more circumstances and so on. There's nothing mystical about it and nothing good or evil about it karma is just the results of what you do. So even if you go and help someone because you were nasty to someone it won't make the person you were nasty to like you. The karmic results of your nastiness can't just be scrubbed out like a sin can. The result or the punishment is that that person hates you now or that people find out that you're a nasty person and somewhere down the line someone decides not to help you because they know you're a nasty person. That's all karma is.
So all you can do is understand that you're part of this karmic system and that what you do has results and behave in the most intelligent way you can. For example, someone ****** off your boss and he snaps at you which leaves you with a choice. Either you get angry and become another link in that chain of karma and deal with the results of your anger or you let the anger go and try and create more positive results thus breaking that karmic chain.
Only evil ones think Karma is evil
You sow what you reep. The tables have to balance, what goes around comes around. Karma hit me these last two years for something I did 23 years ago. Do unto others as you would want done to you.
Define karma. Some people believe karma comes back to bit them if they've done wrong to someone. But others believe karma comes back around in your next life. That means belief in reincarnation is required. If so, I think karma is evil.
