IDK. There's something timeless about the slide-rule, with all its history with logarithms and how it works and all. There's also a particular sense of attractiveness they have that calculators just don't have. I don't know what it is, but they're just as attractive as modern-day calculators looks-wise. ._.
Get an abacus, if you really wanna go old-school
doing math without a calculator is so much funner though ;o
I got through chemistry, and algebra without one :D
