Well go and find out for yourself!....We do not know
anything about you~!
So do I.
Having spent some time on this question myself, I have come to the conclusion that both formal meditation and staying mindful in our daily tasks (another form of meditation) opens up our minds to observation of ourselves.
Practice this and soon your nature will become more evident.
During formal meditation bring your mind to the here and now (in this case your breath). Use your breath as an anchor to hold your mind in place. If your mind drifts astray, gently guide it back and re-anchor. Once you become good at allowing your mind to focus on just your breath you can then anchor it to other things you wish to observe with clarity.
During your daily life anchor your mind to what you are doing and only that which you are doing. You will discover that clarity of mind will follow.
"we should not do things to find ourselves, rather we should find ourselves in the things we do"
Talk to me.
I can tell you.
Listen and observe those around.. ask those who dont like you?
