Well, I have heard chewing 32 times your food helps. It takes time for our brain to realize we now have full stomach. So if we chew 32 times we won't be wolfing down more than what is sufficient.
Can you become accepting of how you are if you cannot be different? We're not ALL supposed to be slim you know...
Have you considered juicing? It can get expensive; that's its only drawback.
