Correct but this is not the weight I should be I have a small bone frame and I am caring to much weight for it. I don't need to be rake thin. I just want to be healthy. I am obese that is an issue a major one for me. One I will not accept!

Well, I have heard chewing 32 times your food helps. It takes time for our brain to realize we now have full stomach. So if we chew 32 times we won't be wolfing down more than what is sufficient.

Thanks. Yes I am a slow eater. People are usually done long before me and I split a plate of food or order half portion. But thanks for your input
