felt like I worked out for 72 hours straight and had a sumo on my belly jumping.. and all that comes with that "pressure".. oh I also hiked a mountain too.

    I think my flu shot helped me not go into full death mode. But, yeah it was real bad. I hope you guys stay healthy :))
