I was together with my ex for five years. I made a lot of mistakes. Major ones. We have a daughter together?

She tells me that she has been unhappy for the past 1 1/2 years. She says that she does not know if she can move past all the pain and hurt. She says that she is 50 50. She says that she misses me but then the next minute says that she would not be mad at me if I saw other people cuz of me waiting. She says that she doesn't want to give me false hope. But through text messaging it feels like hope. What do I do and is there hope?
