Might be a veerryyyy light case of sleep paralysis or something like that. Shouldn't be anything you'd have to worry about!

Wide awake dream lock probably. When you are dreaming and asleep your brain disconnects from your body to stop you acting out your dreams. Sometimes you get it when you are awake.

I recently yawned and my jaw felt like it locked up accompanied by a sharp pain in my larynx. It freaked me out for a few seconds then eased off. I shrugged it off as just 'one of those things' but if it starts happening repeatedly then I'm off to visit the doctor. I would suggest you treat your experience similarly.
