    Weight from scales varies, not all of them are calibrated the same... Some are more accurate some less. Also weight is different from mass. Weight is a measure of the pressure that is pushing down on mass... When Barometric pressure increases or decreases so does weight.

    weigh yourself the same time everyday, if you are dehydrated you weigh less, my weight can change 3lbs in a day. are you quite tall/large?

    Maybe you should just use one set of scales, don't worry if you are leading a healthy lifestyle the rest is just numbers.
